Andover Country Club has given me the opportunity to work while earning my PGA credentials. My on-the-job training has given me valuable experience and knowledge to advance my career. I am appreciative of the nurturing employee culture that is allowing me to fulfill my dream.

I joined the Andover Country Club in 1999 and from the very beginning, I was treated like part of a family. I started as the Administrative Assistant of the Country Club and six months later they gave me the opportunity to work a part-time job as a part of the banquet staff. In 2010, I left my full time position as an administrative assistant but the Andover Country Club was so accommodating and flexible, I was able to continue working as banquet staff. During all these years I have had the privilege of meeting and working with many wonderful people and some of them have become part of my own family.

I have worked for the Andover Country Club since April of 2015 starting out as a Banquet Manager and working my way up to the Senior Event Manager. Throughout my almost 8 years here at the Andover Country Club, I have always felt like this was more than just a job. When I first started, I was just entering into the industry with little experience. However, the Andover Country Club team took a chance on me and helped me to develop the skills I needed to be successful as an event manager. I would not be where I am today with the support of everyone within the company. Everyone here at the Andover Country Club has become a family to me and has always treated me as such. I am grateful to be a part of this team.

I have worked at the Andover Country Club for many years. I started out as front desk, then a banquet staff and now I am in the Marketing/Accounting department. Andover Country Club has made me grow as a person and I learn new things everyday. I have developed so many new skills throughout my years here that I am grateful for. The other staff members at Andover are always there to help when you need them. Thank you Andover Country Club.

I have had the pleasure of working at Andover Country Club for the past 18 golf seasons as the golf shop manager. I am surrounded by a great team of co-workers who support the club's culture. I especially take pride in offering personalized customer service to the members by assisting them with all of their golfing needs.

I have been working at the Andover Country Club coming up on 19 years at the front desk. I have witnessed a lot of weddings, birthdays, engagement parties, showers, fundraisers and holiday parties. Even though the times/trends have changed, we still offer beautiful grounds, function rooms, and A+ staff from managers to banquet staff to assist with your function from A-Z to make a flawless event. There is no challenge we have not been able to conquer.
