We have three main function rooms and one executive boardroom to suit your every business need. We also offer state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and wireless internet access.
TRUMPETERS ROOM
Picture the model room for your company's customer appreciation party or your holiday party. This room comfortably holds up to 125 guests. You want a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, yet you need a formal and professional environment. During the warm weather you would want a large outdoor terrace in a peaceful setting, such as a golf course and stunning gardens, where your clients could enjoy a cocktail before dinner leaving all the pressure of the office. During the colder parts of the year you would have an indoor lounge with a warm fire burning in the original 1925 fireplace and a friendly bartender waiting to serve your guests behind an elegant marble-topped bar. At mealtime your guests stroll across the parquet dance floor into a conservatively decorated room with floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls and hand finished oak woodwork adorning the remainder of the room. Enjoy all these amenities and more with the flexibility of our catering staff and your imagination can set the boundaries for the VIP party.
CANTERBURY ROOM
The Canterbury Room's versatility makes this room ideal for your off site all day meeting or reception. The movable soundproof walls allow the room to be divided into two areas, the smaller of which is typically used as a breakout room for either an additional private meeting or luncheon. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the landscape of our championship golf course provide a comfortable and productive atmosphere. For a reception, the room offers a permanent fully stocked bar and a wood dance floor. This luxurious setting when coupled with the country club's fine foods and exceptional service are sure to make your meeting, luncheon or dinner an unforgettable event.
ANDOVER ROOM
The Andover Room provides the flexibility of the Canterbury Room combined with a greater capacity to accommodate a larger-scale party. Additionally, the room has its own private entrance and restroom to further ensure the privacy of your meeting or reception.
BALLROOM
For the large-scale function, we can combine both the Canterbury and Andover rooms to seat up to 550 for all events needed. The Ballroom has the versatility to accommodate the needs of your most diverse functions and has all of the amenities the Andover Country Club offers with each of its rooms.
EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM
For your next corporate meeting, our Executive Boardroom is the perfect environment. This elegantly appointed boardroom boasts leather swivel chairs and an impressive oval mahogany table, as well as a private restroom. The Executive Boardroom provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that inspires innovative thinking and holds your attendees' attention. As with our other event spaces, we also offer state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and wireless Internet access for your convenience. The Executive Boardroom comes with an additional room that is connected to the space that is suitable for all your meals.
